All payments are made during the on-site paperwork.

The rental fee and any security staff fee can be paid in cash or by bank transfer. For bank transfers the payment must arrive no later than the contract signing. The deposit is only accepted in cash.

The deposit is returned the following day, when the venue is handed back and inspected. Any damage is deducted from the deposit proportionally.

No problem — the time of the paperwork is decided by mutual agreement.

But that doesn't make the paperwork optional: without a signed contract we cannot hand over the venue.

At the entrance to the courtyard of the building at the given address there is a staircase leading down — the venue is in the basement.

...a pet, sharp/cutting tools, drugs, saplings, etc.?

If you have a special request that's different from these — and isn't banned by the house rules — you can discuss it with us on any of our channels.

Yes, consumption inside is allowed.

We can provide paper glasses for 100 HUF/person, or full paper tableware (glass + plate + cutlery) for 300 HUF/person.

Drinks and food are up to you.

There's a designated smoking spot at the entrance — smoking is allowed there. Smoking, e-cigarettes and any smoking-imitating devices are not permitted inside the building.

For parking we recommend Víz street, Új street, the Búza square Market car park, or the Búza square car park.

No, cleaning is handled by our cleaning staff.

Please don't damage the venue or its equipment — we'll take care of the cleanliness.

Don't panic. Just let us, or the on-site security staff, know right away. From there we can discuss next steps.

(Be careful — failing to report it leads to the deposit being forfeited automatically!)

The venue's capacity is 50 people, including the security staff.

No, security staff is optional. If you request it, the guards look after the venue and your safety, and make sure your party stays undisturbed.

If requested, the guards stay on site for the whole rental but won't disturb your party.

Changes within the agreed headcount are fine, but we can't admit anyone beyond it after the fact.

Of course, but it needs to be agreed in advance.

For an earlier start there's a 5,000 HUF / hour surcharge.

For an earlier end the joint walk-through and inspection happens at 9:00 that day, or later by mutual agreement.
